Sozo is the Greek word for saved that means Rescued, Delivered, Kept Safe, Preserved and Healed.

Sozo is a Faith community Nurse Program with a focus on the underserved. We are in collaboration with Grace Bible Fellowship of Antioch, in Antioch, CA.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between the medical and spiritual communities to promote wholeness in body, mind and spirit.

Through preventative education and awareness we build and strengthen the capacities of individuals and families to take an active role in just their health and well-being, but in that of our community. We do this through education, counseling, advocacy and community referral.
